About

Broad Mission

Our mission is to create vibrant (healthy), inclusive and sustainable communities – locally and internationally. We do this through education, leadership training and networking, specifically through study tours and conferences. Our education programs incorporate both a research and ‘hands-on’ component. We begin by sharing the scientific data on what is optimal health, then we provide first-hand opportunities, teaching ‘how-to’ achieve optimal health. The goal in these programs is to empower, to provide the resources and tools necessary to become informed citizens capable of taking control of one’s own health.
